for whatever reason you may need to re install your lotro client , and it needs ages to download lotro client and download all batches again .. in my connection 8MB speed it takes 5 hours this client including Helms Deep and date of creating is December 3 2013 all you need to do is launch it by (TurbineLauncher.exe) file and the client will download and install the rest software to login
